Public Offer Agreement for the Provision of Services
Rubin-Olympia LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) hereby offers to enter into this public offer agreement with individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) on the following terms.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. Offer means the document entitled “Public Offer Agreement for the Provision of Services”, published on the Service Provider’s website at “https://olympia.am/”.
1.2. Offer Agreement means an agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer for the provision of services, which is entered into through Acceptance of the Offer.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer means the Customer’s acceptance of the Offer when requesting services from the Service Provider. The Offer shall be deemed accepted when the Customer clicks the “Book” button below the completed order on the website at “https://olympia.am/”.
1.4. Rates means the list of the Service Provider’s services and their prices specified in the Price List on the website at “https://olympia.am/”.
1.5. Customer means a person who has accepted the Offer.
1.6. Service Provider means Rubin-Olympia LLC.
1.7. This Agreement does not require affixing seals and/or signing by the Customer and the Service Provider.
2. Subject Matter of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider shall provide services to the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Offer Agreement and the current Rates published on the website at “https://olympia.am/”.
2.2. The Customer shall accept the Service Provider’s services and pay for them in full.
2.3. If the Customer posts a review of the purchased services on the Service Provider’s social media pages or website, the Customer consents to the publication of the following personal data in the review: first name and last name.
2.4. By accepting this Agreement, the Customer confirms that the Customer has read, agrees to, and fully and unconditionally accepts all terms of the Offer Agreement.
3. Term of the Agreement
3.1. The Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its acceptance by the Customer and shall remain in effect until the Parties have fully performed their obligations under the Agreement.
4. Service Fees and Payment Procedure
4.1. The cost of the services shall be determined in accordance with the current prices specified on the website at “https://olympia.am/”.
4.2. Payment shall be made in Russian rubles by bank transfer to the Service Provider’s settlement account specified on the website at “https://olympia.am/”.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Service Provider shall:
5.1.1. Provide the Customer with services of proper quality, in the proper scope, and within the time limits agreed upon by the Parties.
5.1.2. Ensure the complete safekeeping of the data and materials provided by the Customer, as well as the confidentiality of information received in the course of providing the services.
5.2. The Service Provider shall be entitled to:
5.2.1. Obtain from the Customer the data and information necessary for the provision of the services and rely on such data and information without additional verification.
5.2.2. Engage third-party consultants, specialists, and experts in the provision of the services where necessary.
5.3. The Customer shall:
5.3.1. Provide the Service Provider with any necessary and accurate data and information required for the provision of the services.
5.3.2. Pay for the Service Provider’s services in a timely manner and in full.
6. Grounds and Procedure for Termination of the Agreement
6.1. After placing and paying for an order, the Customer shall have the right to cancel the Service Provider’s services and request a refund by sending a written notice entitled “Cancellation of Services” to info@olympia.am.
6.2. The Service Provider shall be entitled to deduct from the amount paid by the Customer the cost of services already provided as of the date the cancellation notice is received.
7. Dispute Resolution
7. Disputes and disagreements concerning the performance of the Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
7.1. If the Parties are unable to reach an agreement through negotiations, the dispute shall be referred to a court.
