General Provisions
RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC offers an Internet user (hereinafter, the "Website User") the opportunity to use the website at https://olympia.am/ (hereinafter, the "Website") subject to the terms set forth in this User Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement"). All sections currently available on the Website, as well as any future development of such sections and/or the addition of new sections, are governed by this Agreement.
RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC provides Website Users with access to Website sections containing forms that collect and transmit personal information when such information is provided by a Website User (hereinafter, the "Website Forms"). The Website is hosted by Tilda Publishing JSC (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1247700830354; Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 317774600603040; registered address: Office 331, 8/1 Lermontovsky Prospekt, Moscow 101000, Russian Federation).
Use of the RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC Website is governed by this Agreement, the Website Privacy Policy, and the terms of use applicable to individual sections of the Website. RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC may amend this Agreement without special notice. Unless otherwise provided by the revised Agreement, the revised version enters into force when it is posted online at the address specified in this paragraph. The current version of the Agreement is always available at https://olympia.am/.
By beginning to use any section of the Website, the Website User is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement in full, without reservations or exceptions. If the Website User disagrees with any provision of the Agreement, the Website User may not use the Website. If RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC amends the Agreement and the Website User disagrees with the amendments, the Website User must stop using the RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC Website.
Completion of Website Forms
The Website contains a "Book" form.
The "Book" Website Form collects personal information, including personal data: last name, first name, and telephone number. The Website User completes the form and submits data personally, freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest. The Website User may provide personal data only after accepting the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and giving consent to the processing of personal data by checking the relevant box in the form. The Website User consents to the processing of personal data both without automated means and by automated means.
The Website User's consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the date it is given until the date it is withdrawn, but for no longer than 10 years.
When a completed Website Form is submitted, the Website User's personal data is transmitted to RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC and is not stored on the Website. RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC forwards and processes applications submitted through the Website Forms. Personal information provided by the Website User through a Website Form is stored and processed in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy.
When processing the personal data of Website Users, RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC is guided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
When completing Website Forms, the Website User provides their personal data personally and voluntarily after reviewing the Website's personal data processing terms. If the Website User does not agree to the Website's personal data processing terms, the Website User must stop using the Website, including completing and submitting Website Forms.
The Website User is solely responsible for all actions performed within or through the Website, as well as for the consequences of such actions.
The Website contains contact links, including Telegram and WhatsApp, as well as a "Book" button through which the User can contact RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC. The User does not enter contact details on the Website itself and does not submit them through Website Forms.
When following the contact links, the User acts independently, voluntarily, and in their own interest and sends requests through third-party services, including Telegram and WhatsApp. All communications and transfers of personal data take place exclusively on the platforms of those services, and the processing of such data is governed by the privacy policies and terms of use of the relevant third-party services.
RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC does not store or process the User's personal data on its Website. All operations involving the User's personal data take place on third-party services and are governed by those services' privacy policies.
Terms of Use of the RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC Website
The Website User is solely liable to third parties for actions related to their use of the Website, including where such actions violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, and is responsible for complying with applicable law when using the Website.
When using the RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC Website, the Website User may not:
infringe the rights of third parties and/or cause them harm in any form;
impersonate another person or a representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient authority, including impersonating employees of RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC or the administration or owners of the Website; use any other form or method of unlawfully representing another person online; or mislead users or RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC regarding the properties or characteristics of any person, entity, item, or object;
send, transmit, post, and/or distribute content by any means without having the right to do so under applicable law or a contractual relationship;
upload, send, transmit, post, and/or distribute by any means advertising information that has not been expressly authorized, spam, third-party email address lists, pyramid schemes, multi-level or network marketing materials, online earning or email-business schemes, chain letters, or use sections of the Website solely to redirect users to pages on other domains;
collect or store the personal data of other users without authorization;
interfere with the normal operation of the Website;
facilitate actions intended to circumvent or violate the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by this Agreement;
otherwise violate applicable law, including international law.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Website User uses the Website at their own risk. The Website is provided "as is." RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC accepts no responsibility, including for the suitability of the Website for the Website User's purposes.
RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC does not warrant that the Website meets or will meet the Website User's requirements; that sections of the Website will be available continuously, promptly, reliably, and without errors; that results obtained through the use of the Website sections will be accurate or reliable or suitable for any purpose or use; or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials obtained through the Website will meet the Website User's expectations.
The Website User may use any information and/or materials accessed through the Website at their own risk and is solely responsible for any consequences of such use, including damage to the Website User's computer or to third parties, loss of data, or any other harm.
RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the Website User's use of the Website or any individual part, function, or section of the Website.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Website User and RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC regarding the use of the Website and supersedes all previous agreements between the Website User and RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Matters not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from the relations governed by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation and under Russian law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the term "law" or "legislation" used in this Agreement means the laws of the Russian Federation.
Because the services provided under this Agreement are free of charge, the consumer protection provisions established by the laws of the Russian Federation do not apply to the relationship between the Website User and RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC.
If one or more provisions of this Agreement are found invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
Failure by RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC to act in response to a Website User's breach of this Agreement shall not deprive RUBIN-OLYMPIA LLC of the right to take appropriate action to protect its interests at a later time, nor shall it constitute a waiver of any of its rights in the event of any subsequent similar or comparable breach.
