Rules & Conditions

HOTEL RULES

- Guests, using Hotel services, are obliged to observe the following established orders to residing.

- The rooms in our hotel are available only when passport is presented.

- Our hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check out is at 12:00 o’clock, please vacate the room prior to 12:00 o’clock on the check-out date. Staying in the room after 12:00 o’clock causes additional charge for stay.

- Please inform Reception staff of a possible later check out the previous day.

- Please make sure you do not forget anything at check-out. Forgotten items are kept at the hotel for 3 months.

- In case of long stay, the Hotel bill is to be paid every 7 days, while rest is covered at check-out. Bills are payable in cash or by credit card.

- Take care of the Hotel property and equipment, in case of loss and (or) damages of Hotel’s property compensate the cost of the put damage in acting the price on the moment of residing.

- Washing, drying and ironing clothes garments is not allowed in the rooms. Please use the Hotel laundry service for that purpose. Or upon request iron and desk are provided in the specified area.

- Do not leave hot/cold water tapes open without necessity. Do not leave them open when you are out of the room

- When air-conditioner is on, all windows/doors should be closed.

- Please make sure you close the room when leaving the Hotel and always leave the key at reception.

- Please be mutually polite with the stuff and other guests.

- If the public quietness is broken, Reception staff has to ask you leave the Hotel.

- Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Please use the lobby-bar or the restaurant for socializing and meetings.

- After 23:00 visitors are not allowed at the Hotel area.

- Money, other values security and jewelry you can hand to administration, under statement, to keep in safety box, otherwise Hotel takes NO Responsibility for the loss of valuable items.

- In case of non-observance of this rules, the administration can discharge the troublemaker from the Hotel.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND PAYMENT POLICY OF THE GROUPS

Booking Terms and Conditions

- The room or meal reservations must be made in a written form by E-mail or letter.

- The reservation must contain the following information:

- For rooms - a date, a number of guests, guests names (rooming list in case of availability) room types, payment method and requested services.

- For meals – a date, type of meal, number of persons, payment method, 50% deposit of amount.

- Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation in the hotel. If there is a lack of free rooms or other unforeseen circumstances take place, the reservation remains conditional. The reservation is complete only when a person is notified by the hotel about a booking confirmation.

- By making a reservation you are confirming that you are authorized to do so, on behalf of all persons named in the reservation and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by the Booking Terms and Conditions. The hotel is obliged to verify that a person making a reservation is a legal representative of guests named in the reservation. The payment obligations remain by a person/company who makes a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

- The group reservation cancellation must be always submitted in written form. The reservation can be cancelled for free 7 days prior to the accommodation date.

- In case of cancellations being made in less than 7 days, the following fees apply:

--- Cancellation made from 3 to 6 days prior to the booked date – a fee is 30 % of amount.

--- Cancellation made from 0 to 2 days prior to the booked date – a fee is 50 % of amount.

--- For low season (01.11.2016-01.03.2017) cancellation made from 0 to 2 days prior to the booked date – a fee is 10 % of amount.

- In case of meal cancellation the following fee apply:

--- Cancellation made the day before the date – a fee is 50 % of amount.

--- Cancellation made the same day – a fee is 100 % of amount.

Modification Policy

- The reservation modification must be always submitted in written form at least 5 days prior to arrival date.

- The reservation is complete only when a person is notified by the hotel about a modification confirmation. Reservation Reduction Policy

- In case of reducing of quantity of rooms / pax of the group:

--- Free of charge if reducing is made more than 5 days prior to the booked date.

--- 3-5 days prior to the booked date -20 % fee of reduced room price.

--- 0-2 days prior to the booked date -25 % fee of s reduced room price.

Payment Policy

- Hotel must be informed about the payment method 5 days prior of the arrival date

- Bank Transfer: The bank transfer must be done at least 5 working days after the date of receiving the invoice.

- Cash: The payment must be done due to the invoice on the arrival date otherwise the deadline is the prior day of departure.

Deposit Policy

- If you wish to book the whole hotel and organize events, a deposit of 50 % of a total amount is required to be made.

- The deposit cannot be refunded in case of cancellation or amendments!
